When you send out eBay store newsletters, be sure to personalize the Subject line rather than using the eBay default for the style of newsletter you've chosen.
I have received a dozen or more store newsletters this month with the same subject line: "Sale! Shop my eBay Store for big savings!" Knowing who sent the mail (the From field always says "store-newsletter" by default, so that doesn't tell me) goes a long way in my quick decision as to whether to take time to open and read that email or to trash it.
Don't know about you or your customers, but I would be much more likely to open a message with this subject line (for instance) "Hurry! All BIN On Sale Now at my52cents on eBay!" than one with the default. Remember, think like a customer!

Thank you for popping into my blog the other day. It was a really nice comment and showed you had actually taken a moment to flick through it.
You are a blogger extraordinarie! Have you got any tips for selling on Etsy??
Thanks again and I look forward to seeing your tweets on Twitter.
